Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Assessor
Salary: $40,000 - $44,661
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Details:
Full time position as Administrative Assistant responsible for overseeing all phases of data processing for the Assessor’s office relative to the maintenance and production of the Town Grand List. This includes processing property conveyance records, and assisting the public with personal property information. Also assists the Assessor in completing various office functions as required. Must be able to interpret all motor vehicle pricing guides with respect to value.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, employment in clerical work in appraisal, municipal assessment, banking or allied fields with at least one (1) year in computer operations, familiarity with CAMA systems and municipal Assessor office helpful.
