Revaluation RFP’s for Grand List years 2021 and 2022

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the CAAO Revaluation Committee provides the following for your consideration in preparation of Revaluation RFP’s for Grand List years 2021 and 2022.

  • Proposed Cost for Data Mailers Only
  • Proposed Cost for Data Mailers with Partial Inspections
  • Proposed Cost for Data Mailers with Full Inspections
  • Include a provision that indicates the cost change should there be a switch from either a Data Mailer Revaluation to a Full Revaluation or vice versa
  • Conduct RFP process early
  • Have inspections conducted as soon as allowable

These considerations are important to have full disclosure, transparency and protection for all parties during this time period.
