The CAAO Executive Board will be meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at the Hilton Mystic, 20 Coogan Blvd, Mystic, CT 06355.

The cost for the meeting with lunch for a non-EBoard members is $45.00.

Please respond to me by noon, Friday, October 17th as to whether or not you will be attending the meeting.  If you are a Committee Chair, please let me know if you will be giving a report.

If you are a voting member of the Executive Board and cannot attend the meeting, please send me your signed letter of proxy no later than 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Coffee and… will be available at 9:30 a.m. and a buffet Lunch will be served.
