The AAT Committee is offering Administrative Assessment Technician (AAT) Module 1C – Office Procedures at the Rocky Hill Fire Department, 3050 Main Street, Rocky Hill on September 9, 16 & 23, 2025, from 9:00 – 12:00.  The instructor for the Module is Melinda Kronfeld, Assessor of Old Lyme, CCMA II & CCMA Course 2B Instructor.

The class is an overview of the Assessor’s Office covering Duties of the Assessor, Classes of Property, Basic Math for Assessment, General Office Procedures, Assessment Calendar, BAA, Revaluation and FOIA.

Class size is limited to 25.  Priority will be given to Assessors Office staff.

The fee is $75.00 made payable to CAAO.

Registration deadline is September 4, 2025.
