CALL FOR CCMA INSTRUCTORS – March 4, 2026

The Instructor Certification Committee has a need for instructors. The Committee would like to maintain a minimum of three instructors for each CCMA Course.
You must be a CCMA II to be an instructor of the valuation courses.
WE ASK THAT ALL CCMA’s GIVE THOUGHT TO BECOMING AN INSTRUCTOR.
CCMA Instructor Certification Subcommittee Procedures
NOTE: All active instructors receive compensation and a tuition/room & board credit at the Assessors’ School at UConn. Instructors also receive continuing education credit hours for their hours of instruction. Instructors may attend/participate in Workshops when they are not teaching.
The CCMA Committee will pay the tuition for potential instructors who are selected to student teach a class at Assessors’ School in June 2026.
Additionally, the CCMA Committee will be offering a class on Teaching Adult Students in the spring for anyone interested in becoming an instructor and for all current instructors.
Applicants are required to present a 30-minute class on a subject matter of their choice to the Committee. Please review the Instructor Subcommittee Procedures for additional information.
Applications must be emailed to the Committee Chairs no later than February 25, 2026.
