Details:

The Town of Sprague is accepting applications for the position of Part-time Town Assessor at approximately 10 hours per week.

Duties include planning and directing a comprehensive program of real and personal property for tax assessment.

  • Certification as a Connecticut Municipal Assessor I with willingness and ability to acquire Connecticut Municipal Assessor level II within two years of hire.
  • Experience with QDS Software and Vision CAMA 8.2.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs necessary.
  • A valid drivers license is required.
