The Town of Franklin, located in New London County with a population of 1,900 with approximately 1,100 parcels, seeks candidates for the part-time (2 days a week) position of Assessor.

3-5 years progressively responsible experience in real and personal property municipal assessment; Certified CT Municipal Assessor (CCMA) designation required; CCMA II preferred.

Experience with eQuality Appraisal CAMA program and Quality Data Services Administrative software program required. Must have the ability to multitask, work independently and with the general public; must have valid CT Driver’s License.
