The Town of Bridgewater, located in Litchfield County with a population of 1,659 and approximately 1,063 parcels, seeks candidates with 3-5 years of experience in real and personal property assessment. Must have at least CCMA I designation. Experience with Vision Government Solutions program is required. The town has completed the state mandated revaluation for the 2022 grand list.
