If a seat becomes available in the class it will be offered to persons on the waitlist in the order in which their application with payment was received.
Fully completed applications, including checks payable to “CCMA Committee”, must be received by, on or before, March 21st, 2025.
If a municipal check cannot be processed in time a personal check can be used to reserve your spot. If the municipal check is not received by March 24th, 2025 the personal check will be cashed.

The CCMA Committee is pleased to announce that CCMA Course 1B will be offered as a Road Show.

This is an in-person class. There will not be a virtual component.
The class is limited to twenty-five students. The tuition cost is $350.00 per person.
Registration will start February 24th, 2025.
Important: Do not send it prior to this date as it will not be considered as received.

CCMA Course 1B – Assessment Valuation
This course is intended for new assessors, assessor clerks or technicians, new staff members and any others interested in earning the CCMA designation. Along with CCMA 1A, this is an appropriate course for first-time attendees to CCMA courses.
Content: Concept of value, 490 valuation (farm, forest and open space), Sales ratio and grand list codes, Motor vehicle assessment administration, Personal property assessment administration, Miscellaneous valuation problems.
