The AAT Committee is offering Administrative Assessment Technician (AAT) Module 1E – Introduction to Residential Real Estate at the Rocky Hill Fire Department, 3050 Main Street, Rocky Hill on May 6, 8, 13, 15 & 20, 2025, from 9:00 – 12:00.  The instructor for the Module is Chandler Rose, Assessor of Windsor & Chaplin, CCMA II & CCMA Course 2A Instructor.

Please note: This is not an entry level class; applicants must have a base understanding of the assessor’s office and real estate functions.   A minimum of one year of experience in an Assessor’s Office or one year of appraisal experience is required to take this class.

 Class size is limited to 25.  Priority will be given to Assessors Office staff.

The fee is $100.00 made payable to CAAO.
