The AAT Committee is offering the AAT HP12C Workshop at the Rocky Hill Firehouse, 3050 Main Street, Rocky Hill on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 9:00 – 12:00.  The instructor is Bill O’Brien, MAI, CCMA II, Chief Assessment Technician City of Hartford & CCMA Course III Instructor .

Class size is limited to 25.  Priority will be given to Assessors Office staff.

The fee is $40.00 made payable to CAAO for Assessment Clerks, Technicians, CCMAs and CAAO Members.  The fee is $50.00 for all others.

Registration deadline is April 22, 2025.
