Under Executive Order #7DDD, the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) has further extended the deadline for municipalities to submit digital parcel files to their respective Councils of Government (COGs) as required under CGS Sec. 7-100l(b). The COGs Annual Report under CGS Sec. 7-100l(c) is also extended.
The new deadlines are as follows:
- Municipalities transmit their digital parcel files to COGs by October 28, 2020 (original deadline was May 1, 2020).
- COGs transmit annual reports to OPM and General Assembly by December 28, 2020 (original deadline was July 1, 2020).

Re: Additional Extension of Statutory Deadlines under CGS Sec. 7100l
Under the authority of Governor Lamont’s Executive Order #7DDD Sec. 2, I hereby extend the statutory deadlines of CGS Sec. 7-100l(b) and CGS Sec. 7-100l(c) by an additional 90 days. These deadlines were previously extended by 90 days under Governor Lamont’s Executive Order #7M.
The new statutory deadlines, as further extended by this order, are as follows:
For CGS Sec. 7-100l(b), the deadline is extended to October 28, 2020.
For CGS Sec. 7-100l(c), the deadline is extended to December 28, 2020.
