The Office of Policy and Management (OPM) is seeking interested parties for appointment to the Certified Connecticut Municipal Assessor Committee (CCMA). Appointed by the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 12-40a, committee members each serve a six-year term.

Four positions are to be appointed, with one member from a municipality with a population under five thousand:

• Two with a term to expire on November 11, 2026
• Two with a term to expire on November 13, 2029

Interested candidates should submit the CCMA Background Information Questionnaire with a letter expressing their interest, experience with training and reason they wish to serve, by 12:00 PM on January 29, 2025, to Undersecretary Martin L. Heft at Martin.Heft@ct.gov.
